COVID 19 - WHAT TO EXPECT

TangleWood will open from June 9, 2020 but our bar / shop will operate under shortened hours. Client and staff safety remains our priority.
Winter Operating Hours June / July: Tuesday - Sunday 7am - 5pm. Monday - Closed
In order to comply with gov regulations and best practises, clients can expect the following changes when visiting:
Level 3 Restrictions Apply
Boating clients must complete the Covid-19 SAMSA Access Form before arrival.
All other Clients must complete the DV or Overnight guest screening form before arrival and bring it with them.
Client temperatures may be taken on arrival with a contactless thermometer.
Masks must be worn before entering any building or confined spice (ablution, venue, office etc). Hands must be disinfected before entering the office.
Please pay by card only (Bank, Visa, MasterCard)
Social distancing (1-2 meters) at all times. A limited number of day visitors will be allowed. No groups or gatherings.
TangleWood reserves the right to deny access or request a client to leave if deemed necessary.
Fishing Licenses: Anglers are required to hold a valid NW fishing license. Contact the North West Nature Conservation - Lesegodi Reed on 018 299 6527 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Clients can also apply online @ (website only works on Google Chrome). TangleWood does not issue licenses.
Please remember that inter-provincial leisure travel is prohibited under level 3 .
